Offices and shops are located in the Combined Services Building (CSB), Central Energy Facility (CEF), and Grounds South Building.
If I notice that a custodial problem seems to be ongoing, whom should I call?
Please call the Service Center at 6547 or the Director of Facility Operations at 6553 any time you notice something that needs attention. The Building Services Supervisor will be notified so that the problem can be corrected as soon as possible.
Who do I call if I have a problem with ants or bees or other animals?
Contact the Pest Control Technician in Residence Life at 4439.
If I need tables and chairs delivered for a special event, what do I do?
Submit a Special Service Request (SSR) to University Events. All requests for staging, tables and chairs must be forwarded to the University Events office, who will then coordinate the delivery of the required items with Facilities Management. University Events will bill the requesting department for use of this equipment.
How do I get an estimate for minor remodeling or other services?
Facilities Management will provide an estimate (feasibility study) at no cost to your department. Fill out the online Feasibility Request Form , or in memo form to the Director of Plant Engineering and Planning. Your request will be assigned to a Project Manager.
Which of your services are rechargeable?
Facilities Management's primary purpose is to provide for the care and upkeep of University buildings and grounds. Therefore, any repair or maintenance to the building's structure or integral improvements is generally not rechargeable to the requesting department (except for Auxiliary Services.) Remodeling, upgrading, special painting and items of this nature are generally rechargeable. If you are unsure if your request will be rechargeable, contact the Service Center at 6547

Facilities Management does not handle Moving and Delivery. Please contact them at 3917.

There is a campus wide painting schedule. All university buildings are scheduled to be painted on a maintenance cycle. Paint requests outside the schedule are rechargeable.
